lindadonahoo Hi Sharon 🤗, I have a question maybe you can answer for me. I canceled an order today because it didn't give the person the discounted shipping like it should have. I figured we could just start over, but it still shows the item as sold. Does Poshmark have to take that offer does it drop off?

malo352 @lindadonahoo Hi. If you cancel an order I believe it will show as sold. If the buyer cancels it will remain a listing that can be sold. If an item shows as sold, the easiest would be to relist it. You can copy and paste the description into the new listing. I hope this helps🙂
