Hi. Touching base again. The label with your address has been sent out 4 days ago. I'm in AZ the other customer in NY. Once the label gets to her she will put your items in mail. I had them very neatly packed with tissue paper. I am hoping items were not removed and will arrive as I packed them. I'm so sorry for all of this. If you would like a full refund and just keep the items I can understand. Please share your feelings about this . I just want to do what I can to make this right. Thank you.

@smmeskan That is strange since you used a priority box. I received a notice last week stating $5 postage due. Never had that happen with PM. I checked with PM and they said package would be returned and maybe it was not packaged properly. I have not received another notice about the package since the original one.

Hi. I received an email back from poshmark this PM. They talked to PO and they are NOT going to send TO ME. They will contact you and you can regretfully go back and just pick it up. They only said it was a mix up and a mistake. I still don’t understand...??? But mayb u will hear from them tomorrow i hope. When you receive package , please let me know if it was too heavy? Not marked correctly or what might of been the problem. I would hate for this to happen again!! Thxxx

I received the same message from PM stating that the USPS would not send it back. Not sure how they came up with that. USPS has no other choice but to send it back. Hi. Did this get to you today? I just received an email from poshmark. The usps states to set up another delivery date. So it seems its got to be at USPS? Its states to do that before the 14th... or it will be returned? Worst case scenario, ill eventually get this back. Ill resend out...

G morn. No ive been waiting for it. Thought id get it by now , since it was sent the 17 th. I was reading the post office notes on package before it was sent back to me. It stated they did try to deliver, but package could not be delivered as addressed. Is this an apartment or bad address for a box? It is enroute back to me. It doesn’t say where but is returned to sender. I will let you know when it arrives...

@abcarr408 lol more craziness from the USPS. I'm not sure what's going on with them right now. I had another package sent to me but was delivered to the wrong Midlothian post office. It stayed there for 11 days and now appears to be lost. Before I got PM involved I called the 800 number only to be told it would be a 2 hour wait to speak to an agent. The two midlothian post offices are just a few miles apart. Anyways, hope your package will get back to VA :-). Have a great day

Hi! Thank you for ordering the White House Black Market dress. My husband dropped off two packages at the post office this morning, yours was one of them.
