Hi there. I just got your rating. I am so sorry it took so long. I had NO control over ship time. The rating hurts me personally, not Poshmark. I shipped right away like I do every time. :(

The package was sent at the winfow of my local post office no later than Friday December 4th. The post office is overwhelmed. It sucks that they didn't get your pkg to you in a timely matter :(
