Hello! I shipped your Dooney today. The purse is in a plastic bag and the dust bag is outside of the purse in another plastic bag containing all. If the box gets wet, the purse and the dust bag will remain dry. The leather on the purse is just stunning. So smooth and such a beautiful color. ON 1-9-22 I OPENED AN ORDER TO FIND HALF OF IT BROKEN. I SENT A COMPLAINT TO POSHMARK, AND HEARD FROM THEM YESTERDAY, ASKING FOR MORE INFO.
ON 1-11-22, THEY PAID THE SELLER AND DID NOTHING ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. NOW SHE SAYS(first time she has answered me since 1-9-22), do what ever you have to. REALLY?
