mierr I am so sorry you feel the Madden Girl heels were not up to your standards. I bought these at Marshalls and as far as I know they only sell authentic merchandise. I would suggest being as picky as you are that you ask for more pictures before actually purchasing. I would be more than happy to refund you your money. Have a great day 😊
