cearanicole96 @sdboyd1971 Yes, I do apologize. I have a stack of clothes I'm seing put to the side but had to pull a pair of boots I sold out of my closet and so I thought those were the jeans I was selling as well that were the only pair in my closet. I hope Poshmark can help us resolve the issue without costing you more money. I have the correct pair still. So as soon as we get a new shipping label I will be able to send these ones!

sdboyd1971 @cearanicole96 I mailed the jeans back today with a label provided to me by customer service. They said once you have recieved it they will issue a refund. If they do can you send me a private offer or message. I would like to buy the jeans. I quess that a refund is how they resolve the matter. I appreciate all you have done. sdboyd1971 @cearanicole96 I am not sure. The email says once the return has been recieved they will issue a full refund. It doesn't say anything about what to do next. Sorry maybe there is a helpful answer in the customer support area. I will check and let you know if I find anything.

cearanicole96 @sdboyd1971 yeah because I received them tonight and it says on the sale status that it was delivered back to me. But I don't see anything on how to issue a refund or how to confirm I've received it. And I tried looking in to it but might have to call support to figure it out. There may be a 24hr waiting period or something after it's delivered. I haven't received any emails or notifications. So hopefully we can figure it out lol.

sdboyd1971 @cearanicole96 according to the page I just read it sounds like they will automatically post it once it is confirmed. I will watch but it says it can take up to 14 days to post. I would assume they will contact you soon. If I hear anything I will definitely let you know. Thanks
