diamondgrl1209 @carolbadmus yes seems that they lost the package. This never happened to me I do apologize. Not sure what the next step is to return funds. I never funds either or an email from posh... again I’m sorry this is a first for me.

american_pride @diamondgrl1209 Btw- I noticed in your comments that UPS lost a package. The same thing just happened to me. Oddly, the customer never said a word and didnt respond to my messages. Posh has customer protection and will compensate both you and the customer.
