shex2 @mgbiii @vimr - I wanted to make certain I responded to the case reviews first so PoshMark can resolve the case. If you haven’t already reviewed the comments; I’m happy to refund your shipping costs! I’m ever so sorry for this error. I shipped these items from a postal/shipping store because it was Labor Day and I was hoping that the packages would go out sooner.

shex2 The clerk was trying to find some kind of plastic sleeve to put the shipping labels in, to attach then to the boxes; he said they were in the back room and he would attach them after he took care of the other customers. He took my boxes and put sticky notes on top of the boxes, obviously he screwed them up. I’m happy to refund the shipping. I apologize for this error and the inconvenience. Lesson learned on my end.

shex2 @mgbiii : PoshMark has to refund the shipping. Your payment to me has not been processed. The payment is on hold. So you have not been charged shipping yet ( I mean PoshMark might have your $ but I don’t). I agreed that there was an error, I’m not contesting the issue so PoshMark will approve the case review.

shex2 You probably will not be charged the shipping fee or possibly PoshMark will email you a shipping label for @vimr. Or they will send me a shipping label and I will email it to you. Sellers have no access to buyer funds or options to directly refund shipping.

shex2 It’s not like eBay. I’m sorry again for the error, I understand you would like to get it in the mail today but at this point as a seller, there isn’t anything I am able to do. PoshMark is quick with resolution it’s been less than 24hrs, hopefully it will be resolved today as it’s an easy fix. Also, I’m on the West Coast, there’s a time difference. It may seem as if I’m lagging in response time, but please consider that I’m 3 hours behind you.

shex2 @mgbiii - I understand your desire to return the item and receive the item you purchased; but is there a specific reason you are opposed to adhering to the PostMark case review that was initiated on this purchase? Once you use your own shipping label-(instead of one provided by PoshMark) PoshMark has no way to guarantee a package in the event it gets lost or destroyed.

shex2 Equally you risk a successful outcome of your case review. As previously stated I’m happy to refund the shipping, this was my error, I’m not disputing the claim. PoshMark is not going to refund both your initial shipping and also the cost of shipping independently.
