Hi Sharon, I’m so happy that you received your order, and loved the clutch, but I’m sad that the heels didn’t fit you well. Could you please consider changing your rating as you gave me only 2, even though your items were shipped right away, they were in excellent condition, and you loved the clutch. Hello Sharon. I’m really sad to see that the boots didn’t work out for you, however I don’t think it’s fair that you gave me a one star rating. I am a Posh Ambassador and I take my ratings very seriously. The rating system is to rate the actual transaction based off seller communication, delivery time, item description and packaging. I did not misrepresent the boots, you received them exactly as described.

For future shoe and boot purchases I would highly advise asking for specific measurements such as heel to toe length and toe box width. This way you can ensure a correct fit. I understand the frustration with receiving an item that doesn’t work out, it’s happened to me several times on PoshMark.

Again I am very sorry that the boots didn’t fit well. That’s why I sold them as well. I bought them on EBay and couldn’t return. Actually quite a few items I’ve listed are because of that same situation! So I get it. I do. I’d love to extend to you a great deal on any other item you may want from me at any time in the future.
