masey617 @lisapfoust Hi! Thanks for asking! I'm a size 14 in Jean's, large in tops right now. Lost 70 lbs. Honestly 70% diet change and some exercise. I recorded my food intake on the my fitness pal app. Monitored for 100g or more of protein, 100 g or less of carbs. Worked with a personal trainer for 9 months and plateaued, switched to pilates 5 days a week and it was transforming. And I walk. I aim for 8000 steps a day.
