I started asking 1000 then I ask 800 so this person said I will take it for 500 I wish I would of waited little longer cause it was worth 800 more of course but sometimes you win and lose .

Hi, if you our asking about the black item on the back of the dress it's a tag This is a new dress. it is a wrap dress so there is some degree to the sizing due to o the wrap style That is why the sizing chart has several inch. I wear a 10 and a size Medium in this brand. Make a reasonable offer.
