Again, I already have a pair of black ones or I would keep those and order another pair from you. Appreciate you being a good seller and doing the right thing. Also, going forward you really should post pics of the actual item you are selling ie, pics of the correct color.

I do not have the comforter yet, but the description, my interpretation of the description, is that the comforter and the shams are reversible, but the shams are not as the opening is in the back and clearly seen. I had wanted them for the dark brown color so I really can’t use them. I’m sorry to bring this to you cause I just think you’re a great seller, but I am having an issue with the fact that the shams are not reversible. Hope this makes sense.

If you request Poshmark for refund they may decline your request because 2 reasons because order is accepted and because my description says the back of sham has envelope style closing
