Hello! I bought the Disney skirt. My notice says I have received the package. The post office has received it. My town goes on lock down on the weekends so I can’t get it until Monday.

Hi Sharon! I want to apologize to you personally before I cancel the order you placed with me. I have looked high and low, up and down, and in every single storage container I own THREE times and I cannot find the wallet you purchased. I can only assume I must have accidentally stored in a pocket book that was listed and sold and someone got it for free! Please accept my humble apology and know I attempted to locate the item ALL weekend!

Hi, my tracking also shows that it was received. The post office has recommended that I wait 24 hours to file a service request, since they said sometimes it may show as delivered but could take up to 24 hours to actually show up. If it is still not there tomorrow, I will file a service request. I am so sorry about this.

@sdon56 yes that was the information I got too. My mailman is really good with all my mail and deliveries. My mail was in the mailbox. If I get a package that won’t fit he comes to the door with my mail. So this tells me he never had it.
