@fasterhorsez - hi. I already contacted support this afternoon. They sent me an email that they were investigating this. Not sure who’s going to send me instructions about transferring the item back to them at posh I will wait to hear from Posh. If you want to see the emails let me know and I copy and send them to you thanks a lot. I guess I just have to wait for support to give me final instructions. Sorry you had this problem
