jerricanary Sharon, I am a little shocked you would complain about a coat being creased because it had to be shipped to you—not a good reason for a four-star review. It was a brand new coat, and I gave you a very good deal; quite inconsiderate of the effort I made to get it out to you ASAP. I even steamed it before sending it to you!
