croquemonsieur @ma_vie_en_robes hi, I was wondering what the package sent looked like? Our mailroom was burglarized yesterday and the package is missing even though USPS says it was delivered. I’m soooo bummed out 😢 I’m going to review the security tape and ask around in case it was put in a neighbors mailbox.

Btw, it was a plain box, with no other label showing but the one provided by Poshmark. I’m sure I still have the receipt (via my husband, who posted it for me - I can’t drive b/c I have M.S.); I’m pretty certain he posted it with extra insurance, if that helps. Again, I’m very sorry and bummed about that. 🙁 Take very good care and best wishes. ♥️🕊

croquemonsieur @justposh92 the buyer can’t accept the item until it shows delivered on usps tracking. Once it says delivered, then the buyer can accept it and then payment goes through. If it says delivered but the buyer doesn’t do anything, then payment automatically goes through in 72 hours.
