aqua0326 Hi Sharon. I was cleaning ring to send, & rubbed w/ a jewelry cloth & accidentally broke a prong. SO sorry! I wanted to reach out w/ options: cancel order, or trade for same ring in size 9, or 50$ credit for anything else in my closet. Or there are 3 ruby rings similar in size u can trade straight across for. I have a nice sapphire ring in 6.5 (36$) & could still have 14$ credit with me. Thx for being such a good sport about this mishap. 🙄 The ring was fine before, but i decided to soak in jewelry cleaner then buff any tarnish lurking under the elaborate sides. I tried to reach under the prongs and I didn’t handle it carefully. I don’t have the ability to solder it back together, or I’d fix it. Take care! 😊

Although the ring is new, some tarnish was lurking under the prong and I was too vigorous with the darn jewelry wipe. 🙄😡 PM is my first online selling experience, and I’ve been listing for 5 months - still so much more to add & the only way i’ve been able to list is because i’m between jobs, taking a breather. I’m trying to cram as many listings as I can before I return to the career arena (HR Mgmt.)
