aishalayloni I see the problem and it’s all on my end the shipping label in which I put on that box was the wrong label, I get multiple emails from poshmark that I accidentally put an old label rather than yours. I sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience if you’re interested in the shoes still I’ll reship and add a free item of your from my closet. Again my sincerest apologies.
