All my 100 sales have all been 5-stars. I work very hard to sustain 5-star status. Your rating said I could improve on responsiveness? How could I have been any more responsive? If it’s an error maybe you could change it? If not can you please explain? TY.

You asked me to accept your offer not knowing what situation I could possibly be in due to the hurricane. I sent a response about being away and helping my in-laws and not a word of empathy. All you care about is your rating; even in the note you sent me. As a customer/consumer I found this to be impersonal, more like a transaction.

@mrsmatchymatchy Wow. Sorry you felt that way. I live on LONG ISLAND, & we got SLAMMED w/that hurricane! I just got my power back yesterday after being w/no power for 5 days! I make it a point to ask customers to accept delivery so I know they received it! I do it as a courtesy, to make sure it’s been received! And yes, It IS a transaction - this is my business! I have ZERO income this year due to covid! These are hard times for everyone! 👍🏻

I was asking you to accept “DELIVERY” because it showed delivered 2 days ago and I was concerned that you hadn’t received it in the storm. I’m not sure you understand how Posh actually works.
