Hi there Gloria, just to say I have today received the frame and I’m sad to say that I don’t think the postal service whether it be USPS or Fed Ex have looked after the item...it arrived broken, the glass and more importantly the actual frame, I’m so sad :( xx

@glosha No, No please don’t feel awful, I think it happened when Fed-Ex took over...I’m thinking maybe it was handled badly by them and somewhere along the line got squished or trampled upon 😔 I have managed to fashion some sort of repair to it and replaced the glass too...Thank you so, so much for sending it to me Gloria x x x
