Hello Sharon! I don’t know what happened to my bid last night. The card I wanted to use was already updated. When I went to update it anyway, it kept taking me back to your live show. I never could find my purchase. I checked this morning and still nothing. I’m not sure what happened. I’ve never experienced that before on posh. Also, I just got approved to go live on posh. How did you set it up for buyers to pay during the show instead of after the show ends?

You don’t have to do anything 💪🏾 Everyone should already have a card on file and once the bid they will be charged and receive a email listing all of their purchases from the show they were in at the end of the show as well as you so you can ship out their orders. I’m excited for you let me know when you have your first show❤️

Hi, Sharon! I have a rookie question that I hope you won’t mind answering. I was participating in your show last night, and at one point during the show you sent out a notification to likers to let them know about your show. I have no idea how to do that. I’ve only done four shows and I know how to notify people through bundles but the bundles also shows up in their email. I don’t know how to send out a notification that won’t go to people’s email.
