We spent a number of days looking for the pants before we came to that conclusion. Since you did not respond, we were forced to cancel the transaction. We understand that you are disappointed, however your comment is unwarranted. This is the only one of 1600 transactions that has been incomplete. Your reaction is a bit disproportionate for a pair of pants.
