marlalance2 Hi Sharon Thank you for sending your comment. Oh my gosh, I did send you the wrong bag. I had two Nine West and I pick up the wrong one and mailed it. I am so sorry. This has never happened to me but I am new to Poshmark and I have lots of things to learn. I will get ahold of Poshmark and we will correct this. Please be patient.

marlalance2 I also reported it from my end. Wish I could send you the right purse right now but they have a process when this happens . They say they are sending a post to you where you have to make a report on a wrong item then they have a process to solve it. Sorry for the hassle.

marlalance2 Hi Sharon Have you heard anything from Poshmark on a resolution to the purse. When I contacted them they said you had to file a wrong item complaint before they could move on it. Did you file? I am anxious to get you the right purse.

sharonh12345678 @marlalance2 I got a message that said they are going to credit both of us because it's unlikely the seller will be able to send the correct item? I'm so sorry I accepted it and I don't know what I'm doing in this app. I haven't been charged and they cancelled the order. sorry for the 1 star! I just didn't know how to reach out. I went back in to try to edit it and it isn't there for me to do that now.

marlalance2 @sharonh12345678 I know how frustrating this is. We are both new but I contacted them and explained the situation that we both needed return mailing slips to exchange these two purses. I do have the right purse to send to you. I will pay shipping on both sides if they will straighten this out. I would like a real person to talk to. This is my learning curve . I will get this purse to you one way or another.👍🏼

marlalance2 Hi Sharon I found your label on my computer from before and I am going to mail the purse to you and you can just keep the one you have if you would like. If they send you a mailing label you can mail it back otherwise do not worry about it. It was my mistake and I want you to be happy.
