unstyled I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with the packaging. I have shipped leather and suede in boxes and they were badly damaged because of the weather. We incurred 8 inches of snow, rain and ice during the week your item was. Shipped. The double plastic almost always prevents damage during snowstorms Hanging it in a dry place for a few days usually releases the creases. If you are not satisfied please return the item. Thanks !
