pursenable Sharon. Posh reached out to me about the glasses. As I told them the glasses were not damaged nor was the color off when I sent them. It is possible due to the heat it may have rubbed off of the bubble wrap. In regards to the hinges that is unexplainable. They were not broken when I shipped. Either way, I told Posh I will accept them back and give to you a full refund. Regards C
