srpierce56 @rachel1897Im sorry. I guess you might be able to cancel the order and add it to the bundle. Or I could find another size large to throw in with it. I wont send it until we figure it out. You can always send Poshmark a message and maybe they could change it for you tomorrow. It's silly to pay twice on shipping!

anji0813 Hello, I am sorry you are having difficulty with Poshmark support. Unfortunately, I have no way of expediting their response. You had 3 hours after purchase to cancel the transaction and 3 days after delivery to open a return case for INAD. Since you submitted a chargeback with your CC did you receive your funds?

srpierce56 @anji0813I I did not order this item. It isn't my size . I didn't know about the order until I received it in the mail . I immediately opened a case on it . I have sent them numerous e mails and did not accept the order. They got back to me once and said to send pictures. I have yet to hear from them. I am very disappointed with poshmarks lack of response. I ask for a return label . Did they not contact you that I wanted to send it back?

srpierce56 @anji0813 I took the charge off my credit card and canceled the card. In their one e mail to me they said they would contact you about getting the item returned. I haven't heard back from them about anything but rating the order. I don't know how that order happened.

anji0813 @srpierce56 I’d suggest changing your password if you think your account has been compromised. As a seller yourself you know once an item is sold it’s out of our hands. I have emailed Poshmark asking for an update on your request but I haven’t received any response. Since you cancelled your card and requested a chargeback did you receive your money back?
