encoreapparel Hello I'm so sorry but I had a slight problem with your order. Before sending out the shoes I went ahead and hand washed them, however after washing them the glue in the bottom of the foot bed started to come up and become loose. I don't want to send them out to you like that.

encoreapparel I can do one of two things, I can go ahead and just cancel the order or I have the same shoes in black and I would be willing to send you both pairs for the inconvenience. encoreapparel After re-examining the shoes again I just don't think they can be salvaged back to their original condition and I'm not comfortable sending out any purchases that are not in great condition. So I think for now it would be best if I just went ahead and canceled the order. So sorry.

nursemom72 Hi! I want to let you know that I did ship your shoes directly from the post office yesterday. For some reason the tracking still says pending scan. The other items I shipped for people did scan right away yesterday. I will keep an eye on it!
