drewwho Hi Sharyn, I’m so surprised and sorry to hear what happened to your shoes. Remember I went to check on them after your initial questions? I pulled on the straps and tried to break them in half. It’s hard to believe that they went from what I saw to what you describe. (I would love to see pictures.) I have to find out how to refund the money. I’ve never had this issue before. I don’t know that the funds have been released yet. I think you have the option of refusing within 3 days

drewwho Ok, I just read what you need to do. Contact Poshmark Support to open a return case. Tell them what happened and include photos. After the return request is approved, Poshmark will send you a label to return the order back to me.
