chrisfinds so sorry u r unhappy with the boots, I am not sure what I missed in the description. u can request a return label from poshmark if they agree with you and once I recieve the boots you would get your money back. I think I described them as they were, plz let me know what u think is missing so I can learn from this, 1st time in 4 yrs of selling that I get a 1 star rating.
