queensransom1 Hi there! I’m not sure if you are aware but if something arrived damaged you don’t accept order and send it back for a refund. I always “test “ my packing job before sending it out so I am not sure what the postman did to break an item anyway instead of keeping something you aren’t happy with and giving a lower rating there’s nothing wrong with returning an item you aren’t pleased with. My rating is pretty solid so it’s not that it will affect me like that it’s about your satisfaction 🙂

foresttreasures Hi Shaun! Thank you again for your purchase. I wrapped it right away & it was picked up on Saturday. The tracking # is 9405511202061322581197. I looked when I got your note, & there is no tracking showing but I did not panic (yet) as our post office here in Hayesville is closed on Saturdays, so it might already be in Greenville or somewhere even though it never got scanned here. It is terrible on buyer & seller, but it has happened before. I will keep a close eye on it & let you know if I see
