thejeansguy Hi @koukla3 !! That is great question, and it is complicated. There are several indicators of true vintage Levi's, and each model (501's or 550's) have different indicators of age. The easiest thing is what is called wash/care tags. Each year after, the different types of care tags indicate when they were made. I hope that helps!
