heyrobb Hi Shaun, it's Rob with the Vince leather jacket you purchased 2 days ago. I apologize for the delay in sending it out. I just finished packing it in as large a box as possible and as gently but secured from moving around within the box (without folding the jacket so there is no creasing). When you unpack it, please try to leave the hanger attached to the box until AFTER you take the extensive packing and the jacket out. My best, Rob
