ssemanyk @mustanggirl11 I shipped the tote a month ago (on April 28th). There is a tracking number on the shipment but I don’t know why it hasn’t arrived yet. I figured it was maybe delayed due to COVID-19 but I haven’t had it take this long before. If you go to the ups website and use the tracking number it should show where it currently is and if there are any issues you can submit an inquiry. I hope it gets to you soon. Let me know if I can help and when it gets to you.
