blackcatcouture @sm2pelkey thank you for responding. I've been checking to see where it was. Tracking said refused on 10/7, 10/08 out for delivery and today return to sender. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I'm not sure what happened. I will look into it and update you. By any chance has your address changed since you signed up?

posh_curves Hi beautiful, thank you so much for your purchase and you should see tracking tonight. Sorry about the wait, we had COVID testing A d nothing was shipped during that time, it took my sons pediatrician 5 days to get those results. He was tested due to an asthma attack; I opted for testing as his doctor said if he has it do you! Both were negative but I didn’t ship for a few days to ensure that we were in fact negative.

rodeodrivefinds Hi Shaun: Did Poshmark send you the label yet to send the cardigan back to me? It was my understanding they would send you the return label and charge my PM account for the actual shipping charges but, this morning I got this notification from them "After careful review we have approved the buyer's return request due to the following reason (s): - Sweater" I'm not at all sure what that means. They didn't indicate to me that they'd sent you the label. Please let me know if you have it

rodeodrivefinds Did they issue you a refund? I haven't heard a thing from PM about all of this other than the message above which I honestly didn't understand! LOL I know they are scrambling (as is everyone else) dealing with the changes brought on by the pandemic so I am very, very grateful for customers like you! If you still want the right sweater (after all of this), I think you might need to repurchase it. Boy have I learned my lesson...I didn't even think about the other sweater being similar.

rodeodrivefinds @sm2pelkey I know but I hate it happened to you!! I asked some resellers in a FB group I'm in and they said Poshmark will issue you a refund (probably when the package starts to track or when I receive it here.) You can then repurchase (If you like.) If you do purchase, I'm sending you a gift. And, it will be a nice gift. I feel awful about this. I'm a seasoned reseller and shouldn't make mistakes like this.
