dalemart Hello I saw your offer on the it cosmetics live laugh love palette. I made notes in the description about the compact and the photos reflect how the black part or case that holds the makeup is sticky. I get upset when that happens bc the makeup is perfectly fine. Smashbox products turn sticky on the kids very fast. It all depends on the material used. I wanted to make sure you knew as I was going to accept

dalemart Your offer and wanted to make sure you knew. Since the colors are brand new and are in metal holders I was thinking if you already have one that’s low they may be able to be wrapped out. I am uncertain tho. It’s a shame that a perfect product out compact got sticky and it’s been in new in biz the whole time. It’s up to you but I wanted to talk to you first before I accepted you offer. I made price lower due to this reason. Thanks Dale

dalemart @roxyleee yes it’s totally fine. I couldn’t believe it when I opened the box. But sometimes that happens with the softer plastic. I always make sure if there is anything that may be in question before I accept offer. The makeup is all brand new and ready to go👍😊
