arielkupritz Hi @somers33! Letting you know that I did drop your package (bundle of items) at the post office 2 days ago- however the status is still showing “pending shipment scan” I assume there is a disconnect between USPS and the poshmark status. I opened a ticket to investigate, and will keep you updated. I have seen this happen before where the order is already shipped and in transit to the buyer before the poshmark order status properly reflects it.

arielkupritz This is the response I received from support: “If your order has been shipped but has not been scanned in to the mail stream, please know that it may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated. If the tracking information has not been updated after 5 business days from drop off/pickup, please respond directly to this email so that a member of the Poshmark team can assist you.” I will keep you updated!
