Your item that has shipped is still in transit so it seems. I’m not sure what’s taking so long. It’s WAY overdue and should have reached you. The USPS system has been hit by this virus pretty bad too and that is the reason why it’s still in route. It should turn up any time now.

@sjacksn I have tried and tried to find out where your package is and why it hasn’t started to track. It seems to be most in transit. I have been in touch with Posh Mark many, many times about this order and a few others. I’m still waiting to hear back from them but they don’t seem to be responding. I will be in touch if I hear anything. I’m sorry about this.

If we both (and the other people in the same boat) contact them....maybe, just maybe we’d be able to figure out this whole thing. @sjacksn I wonder why they respond to you but it to me? Maybe it’s because I’m having trouble with more than a couple of packages. Maybe it’s a lot to deal with on their end. If, on the 15th, it hasn’t started tracking how do you fee about contacting them again?

@boopboutique @boopboutique I wouldn't take it personally. They may have felt like it wasn't an issue until the buyer starts questioning things, lol.
I've had a couple of packages get "lost" recently (usps). One showed up 3 weeks after the fact. Another one, that was fragile, turned up a whole month after the fact, the label was really messed up and the jar was broken.
