kekse Hi there! So, my purchase from your closet has been either delayed or lost. It arrived in my city on 25 December but then stopped moving. I just opened a second research case on it yesterday and I’m still hoping it arrives 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽. I just wanted to let you know the status. I’m so sorry you haven’t received payment yet but it seems my order was one that’s been affected by the USPS holiday delays. 😞

According to the rep I talked to, she said it arrived to the distribution center here and the status shows it’s “in transit”, but the status has remained the same since December 25th.... I’ll continue to check on it and if I hear anything, I’ll let you know. Sorry again for the delay but I appreciate your patience! Hopefully they’ll find it soon.
