shashahx I am sorry you are not happy with your dress. I truly did not notice any damage. If you receive an item with undisclosed damage, you should not accept the order and submit for a return case instead of accepting it and leaving a poor rating. Unfortunately, once you accept the item, it is too late to do a return per PM guidelines. 😞

shashahx As for the smell, I don’t smoke but I was not the original owner. I always launder my items before posting them but the it sits in the closet for a while. The dress does not require dry cleaning so all you need to do is wash it which I always recommend when purchasing used clothing. Sorry this did not work out. 😞

majorstyle should wash preowned clothes,but I really wish you would have told me that the strap was stretched and damaged with fraying because the dress can't be worn without tying the straps,the body of the dress is fine but I cannot

shashahx @majorstyle I really am sorry. I truly did not see any fraying or damage. If I did I would not have posted it. As a seller, we are not always perfect and sometimes do miss things. I would have gladly accepted a return but it is too late. You needed to submit a case through PM BEFORE accepting the order. Once you accepted, there is mining more that can be done. That was your chance to return. 😞
