pattipwalsh Hi Sheena….so sorry I couldn’t accept your offer for $22 on the dress….it is NWT and I have lowered the price on it multiple times since listing. When I got it down to $29 I vowed I wouldn’t go lower but did for you as I can tell you really want it and that means a lot! It is so cute and perfect for Spring and Summer!
