ajstars @delisiamatthews I know! I opened a case with the post office. Someone has misplaced or stolen the package. That's all they can tell me. The delivery guy said he turned it in. So you should still get it, whenever... just let me know. First time this has ever happened to me.

After looking at the handles of the bag I THINK it might be reversible?? I’m not 100% sure I didn’t try to do it…. Makes sense if you see how the tote handles are connected. One in one out.
