amh_store Hello Shawn @wspootz80202 ! I am so sorry that you haven’t received your order yet. I have been monitoring your shipment & I am very upset that it hasn’t reached you yet. I just opened up a problem case with Poshmark Support to look into this matter. As you know, we mailed your order days ago. An example of significant delayed shipping by the USPS Post Office. In my my view, this is unacceptable. Thank you for your patience into this delay by the USPS Post Office.

amh_store @wspootz80202 Hello Shawn @wspootz80202! Again, I am so sorry about your package delivery delays. A problem case was opened with Poshmark regarding such USPS Post Office delays. I was advised due to impact from COVID-19, Post Offices are experiencing delays in standard delivery processing times. Thank you so much for your patience & understanding.

amh_store @wspootz80202 Hello Shawn! Again, our sincere apologies for these awful delivery delays. It is unacceptable. Sadly, it is out of of full control after we mail out our items. I have opened up a problem case with Poshmark Support about this matter. I’ll also follow-up with them. They advised Post Offices are experiencing delays & to let them know if you don’t receive your package by May 24th. I’ll keep monitoring on my end. Thank you.

amh_store Hello Shawn @wspootz80202 ! So sorry about all these messages. Just trying to keep you informed. Like I said, it is out of our full control once we mail our items. The USPS Post Office is liable for this. I have never seen anything like this. We mailed your package on May 6th shortly after we got your order. Per the Poshmark App Tracking Updates, your package routed in this order Huntley, IL>Denver, CO>Phoenix, AZ>Pittsburgh, PA>Springfield, MA. This doesn’t make any sense to me.

Case also opened with Poshmark Support as previously advised. “Thank you for contacting the United States Postal Service® and taking the time to share your concerns with us. Your inquiry has been processed and assigned to Service Request # 09843133. Your inquiry has been forwarded to the appropriate management team for research and response. You can expect initial contact within one-business day.”
