chasemiller_ Hi- I was just notified that you’re returning the bag. I’m very surprised as it’s in near perfect condition. The inside is a little worn but can easily be cleaned by a shoe maker for a minimal charge. What was it about the bag that you didn’t like?

shawnls07 @chasemiller_ It was an issue of miscommunication. The post should have detailed the actual condition of the bag. The inside suede has stains and the inside compartment has ink marks. The leather handle has a major scuff and one of the zip leather straps has come undone. These are important factors for me as a shopper to consider when making a significant purchase. I would not have purchased the bag at that price if those details had been made clearer.

chasemiller_ @shawnls07 I apologize if there was any miscommunication. This bag retails for $3,700, so I believed it was priced very well for a used bag that is in very good condition. I didn’t think the inside stains would be a problem as they can be easily cleaned at a minimal cost and would still make the bag a “bargain”. If you would like, I would be willing to discount the bag by $75. Thanks.
