shemmy2301 @missnixie You are correct and can ask whatever you’d like. Your price is essentially retail and not something I personally would pay for a used item that you’re charging shipping for and still requires driving to a Tumi store to replace your monogram. $775 on a $795 retail item with those additional incurred cost does not make sense for myself. missnixie @shemmy2301 you are not a seller here, it appears. Price is firm is meant to deter certain buyers but doesn’t mean that is the ONLY price a seller will sell at. Negotiation is still possible.

missnixie @shemmy2301 firm telegraphs that there is little wiggle room on price. Sellers will usually sell for less than that.

shemmy2301 @missnixie You are correct, I am not a seller, but I literally buy weekly. Generally multiple items a week. You’ve made your point and I believe I’ve made mine. Yet you continue to keep commenting and justifying your position. That’s your business and again, I wish you luck. Based on the previous comments on your now deleted listing, I’m not the only one that has the same feeling on your price. For myself (and likely others) I’ll go to Tumi or Macy’s and pay $20 more for a brand new one.

shemmy2301 @missnixie Definitely not offended at all. I negotiate for a living and leave emotion out of it. You explained your position and I explained mine. You continue to justify the “why” from your side. I agree it’s funny that you feel the need to continue on about something that I have no problem with, then try to flip it on to me and that I have an issue. I’m good and again, wish you luck.
