I would have been more than happy to accept the return had you applied to Posh for return of item due to condition. Ratings are very important to my business so please in the future consider opening a case.

We had a stray cat unexpectedly have kittens in our backyard and have been very busy helping them all get settled, so it slipped my mind to check it. In the future, please check the items beforehand to ensure they aren’t stained before sending.

shawnennigans @lavidalocatx I understand. I’m happy to send pictures if needed. I provided an honest review and because I missed the return window will accept that I can’t return it. I’ve now explained why I didn’t open a case and that I was too busy. It wasn’t a five-star purchase, which is why I didn’t give five stars. The stain is in plain sight on the shoulder. I’m not sure what you’re asking for.
