disillusioned Just a quick response to you 3 star rating! You indicated shipping when tracking shows that your item shipped with in 24 hours of the order being placed. Seller have not control over the postal service. You indicated packaging when in fact your boots were shipped in retail grade plastic bags and placed into a USPS shipping box? If the box was damaged during shipping or improperly handled, again that is feedback for your local post office.

disillusioned Finally, you also took issue with the item description when in fact my listing stated the boots had wear, discoloration and were missing studs...not sure what more you thought should have been added but in my estimation that fairly covered it.
