Have you moved since you set up your account? The package shows it has been delivered. Please verify your current address on file and let me know. Thank you. Shawna

gamerfox5 Address is on file correct. I haven't moved in 5 years. Checked the mailbox and package is not there despite what tracking says. Looking into this with the USPS. Will keep you posted.

shopaholicshack @gamerfox5 USPS should be able to give you GPS details on where / when they delivered your package down to the time it was delivered. Is your mailbox locked or is it open to public?
