sgibble @dt9210 I need help! There was an item purchased from me and the item had a flaw I didnt notice. I've contacted customer service to see how to start a return but that was 2 days ago. The money is on hold in my account. Do you know how I would do this? I'm thinking she would have to take care of it on her part and once I receive the item back I can refund her money?

sgibble @dt9210 No she never shipped it. There's a light stain on the sleeve I didn't see. I'm sure it could be washed but she would rather return the item. I'm ok with that however she has yet to make an effort to send it back or contact customer service. (I have) Like I said the money is on hold in my account. I'm not really sure what else I can do. I mean I don't have the item. So It would make sense to me that she would need to take care of this.

dt9210 @sgibble so this is an item that u sold to someone else ? Customer service didn’t do anything to help you? I know sometimes people will comment on their Instagram page with problems and they respond fast saying they’ll look into it. I’ve honestly have never had this issue so I can’t say for sure what you should do. But if it’s your item originally she may have decided to keep it and just haven’t released your funds yet. It has up to 3 days to clear & is released on the 4th day
