clarityjewelry @shawnie673 oh my I’m so sorry to hear that! Since it is real Gold it is is a very soft metal. It can break very easily if not super careful. If you are looking for a more sturdy chain you would want to get gold plated in the future. For this chain any local jewelry should be able to repair for cheap. Hope that helps!

clarityjewelry @shawnie673 unfortunately the return window has already past so I won’t be able to take the return. Gold is an extremely soft metal and needs to be handled gently. Repairs are often inexpensive, $10-$20 depending on where you go and it can easily be fixed.
