wanderlust88 Hi Shawna, I’m so sorry but it seems I switched labels on two packages and sent your Alo sports bra to the wrong person. Your package will have a men’s Zara shirt in it. Can you let me know as soon you get the package, and I’ll let you know next steps for getting this fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I reached out to Poshmark because usually for returns they send you a label to ship it back to me, but it would be better if they could send you a label to ship it to a different address (the correct customer). In the meantime, I would have the other customer ship the Alo item to you. As soon as a hear from Poshmark to confirm, I'll let you know. Thanks again for your understanding.

They already approved the return so they will be providing you with a label to ship it back to me, but the reason I wrote to them was to see if they could give you a label to ship it to the correct buyer. If you don’t mind waiting to ship it, I’d like to get a response from them about providing you with a label to ship it to the correct person because that will make more sense than having it come back to me.

wanderlust88 Poshmark got back to me- they would like you to go through the normal return process. So you can ship it back to me with the label they have provided, and you will be fully refunded. Then once I receive your Alo bra from the other customer, I can relist it so we can re-do the transaction.

I don't get the monthly box because i often need longer jeans then she carries so i just wait and see what she lists outside of her monthly box. As far as policies ahes pretty much the only closet i know of on Posh that is so strict. Im sure she has her reasons but i would guess its because her items are in such high demand that she can get away with it

myposhalibi I have Sooo many things to list! I put my account on vacation for that reason. Clothes are super hard and time consuming! We have some pretty decent stuff so maybe keep an eye out if ur looking for something. I try to sell them extremely reasonable so they just go! I don’t bother with things that have holes or stains. I swear I could fill up an entire bedroom with how much there is! Eek!😱
